Sever’s disease is one of the most common causes of heel pain in growing children. Symptoms present themselves as pain in the heel and/or calf.
Children in their growth spurt age (9-14) and who are active in sports may experience this at some point.
As our players may have had growth spurts over the summer and are due to return to harder astro surfaces in September we'd like you to be aware of this common issue.
